Description

Support people to manage their own home, including supporting individuals with maintaining their tenancies and give support and guidance when individuals move home. Support people with personal care if required, which may include toileting and bathing, in line with their support plan.

Requirements

We Require:                                             

  • 6 months UK paid experience within the last 5 years working as a Registered Mental Health Nurse. 
  • You must have a valid NMC Pin.
  • New DBS check or one we can check with the Update Service
